A: Yes, it’s a flat $50 delivery fee within our service area.

A: Yes! We offer custom marquee builds for personal, business, or decorative use. Ask for a quote.
Q: Do you offer same-day rentals or last-minute bookings?
A: Yes, we do offer same-day or last-minute rentals, depending on availability. A $75 late booking fee applies to any rentals booked within 7 days of the event date.
Q: Can I pick up the marquee letters myself?
A: Yes! Customers can pick up marquee rentals—just make sure you have a vehicle large enough to safely transport the items. We'll give you all the setup instructions you need

A: Absolutely! We create marquee setups for corporate events, pop-ups, grand openings, and more.
Q: Can I rent just one letter?
A: Absolutely. No minimum booking required.
Q: Do you offer custom marquee pieces?
A: Yes! We specialize in custom orders that match your theme or name.
Q: What if it rains or the weather changes?
A: Our marquees are not weatherproof. Please have a covered or indoor backup location.
Q: Do you offer backdrops with marquee rentals?
A: Yes! We offer a variety of backdrops to elevate your event — including shimmer walls, grass walls, and fabric drapes. Backdrop rentals start at $125 and can be booked alone or paired with marquee letters for a complete look.
Q: What if I cancel my event?
A: You’ll receive a credit valid for 90 days from your original event date.
Q: Is there a damage fee?
.A: Yes — a $250 fee applies if any items are broken, altered, or returned in poor condition.
